Greetings to all of our Lady Members at Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club. As the newly elected Club Captain, it was disappointing that the first thing I had to do was to cancel the first event, our Christmas luncheon. We all hope that we will have a different golf season next year, a season with a pandemic behind us.

The new Executive which consists of me, Judy Hnit, MJ Charman and Terry Churchill met in October and we have agreed on the following Best Practices for our League:

• Provide fun golf/social events for all lady members of all skill levels.
• Encourage all members to participate in all league and club events.
• Maintain a quality relationship with Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club Society members, Golf Course Management and Proshop Management.
• Make Sunset Ranch Ladies League a fun club that others want to belong to
• Promote SR Ladies Club within and outside SR
• Provide opportunities and vehicles for members to learn golf rules and etiquette through coordinated events such as putting, chipping clinics.

We will be working on developing Core Values and a Mission Statement in the coming months.

There will be a survey circulated to all Lady Members, early in the New Year and we look forward to receiving your feedback. We strongly believe that there is no such thing as too much feedback or too much communication. Keep it coming!
